Diverse team engaged in an emotional intelligence workshop
    Healthier human systems

    How we work with you

Different pieces of work, one underlying purpose: helping organisations become places where people feel well enough, and safe enough with one another, to do their best work.

    What connects it all

People need to feel well to perform well. Whether we are coaching an executive, helping a team through conflict, running a leadership programme or supporting a recruitment decision, we are working on the same thing: the conditions in which people feel seen, understood and included enough to contribute honestly.

That means we work with relational intelligence alongside emotional intelligence — what happens between people, not only within them — and we treat psychological safety, authenticity, openness and trust as everyday practices rather than values on a wall.

Humanistic values, inclusion and DEI guide us in everything we do

    We start with the people

Before anything is designed, we listen — to what the work feels like from the inside, and to what is not being said in the room.

    Grounded in evidence

Neuroscience and neuroception, trauma-informed practice and validated assessment tools inform what we do — and keep us honest about what change actually requires.

    Built with you

We design the work with the people who will live with it, in their language and their culture. Nothing here is delivered off the shelf.

    Building resilient teams

The question underneath most of our team, conflict and leadership work is the same: how does a team hold together through both the highs and the lows? Not by avoiding difficulty, but by staying connected while going through it.

We believe that happens through authenticity, openness and trust — people being able to show up honestly, difficult things being spoken about rather than sidestepped, and trust built through repeated experiences of being heard and respected. These are not guarantees. They are the conditions we work on, patiently, with the people involved.

    Ways we work together

Our work spans leadership and team capability, support in the difficult human situations, and evidence-based assessment. Each area has a page of its own.

    Leadership and teams

Building the capability of the people who set the tone — individually, as leaders, and as teams.

    How a partnership usually unfolds

    1

    Listening properly

We start by understanding the situation from several perspectives — what leaders see, what people experience, and what tends to go unspoken.

    2

    Designing it together

We shape the work with you so it fits your culture and your constraints, and so the people involved recognise themselves in it.

    3

    Working alongside you

We stay close while things are being practised — including the awkward early conversations, which is usually where trust is either built or lost.

    4

    Reflecting and adjusting

We look honestly at what has changed and what has not, and adapt as the organisation and its people move on.
